Finally, the new comer was on board at the beginning of this week, with a different point of view for new comer joined. On the one hand, cheap nfl jerseys, the loading on our shoulders will be released in a way, on the other hand, the distribution of working will be allocated based on the current situation. So, some of tasks which were on my hands would transfer to someone else. In return for this, I also needed to accept more extra work that supposed to others. I am not sure why the boss made this decision, maybe it's based on his consideration, but, definitely, it's not a wise decision, because this will cost a lot of times to adapt changing. It may develop the potential of ours if we stand an opposite position. It's the only way, I can comfort myself in private.
Actually, there is a big challenge to most of us whose work in a small company. As we know if you work in a small company, and that means you have to play multi-role under most of circumstances. I think that it's common to most of small size companies, cheap

This Summer I Travelled to Japan
This summer, I spent seven exciting days in Japan. My Hubby and I visited Tokyo, Sapporo and several small cities in Hokkaido. We planned our trip on our own, booked travel tickets, hotels and guest-house two months in advance.
I was amazed by how civilied the Japanese society is. You won’t see any rubbish or trash cans in the streets. I still remember that on the first day when I got out of the Tokyo station, cheap snapback hats, I saw a street cleaner, dressed neatly, using his broom to sweep the gap near the flower bed, even though it was so clean already. The public toilets is another manifestation. No odor, no waste tissues were allowed to appear in there. They got detailed explanations and instructions to show you how to use a toilet and make the next user comfortable.
Another thing is about local people. You can see order and courtesy everywhere. I saw everyone queuing up and letting the passengers get off before they get on when taking the metro. No rush at all. I saw nobody take the designated seats for the old, the preganent and the disabled. I saw a blind man walking along the tactile paving with a stick groping his way.
One of the most memorable thing was happened on the train from Hakodate to Tokyo. We only got standing tickets even five days ahead of the departure time. It was in August, cheap oakleys, a lot of Japanese people were on vacation too. The train seats were all reserved. So we just standing at junction area between two train cars. As the train was moving forward, more people with standing tickets got on board. The small area was crowded with people. Even the stewardess with a trolley could not push through the crowd. So to make room for the stewardess, I went into the car. I was a little bit stratled that there were actually many vacant seats in there. But those people standing in the narrow space were reluctant to seat down even they looked exhausted.
I was standing there, thinking “Why don’t they just take a seat and rest a little? Are they too rigid to do that? My feet hurt...I’ll probably collapse...” After standing on the train all the way for four hours pondering over the question and reminiscing the past few days in Hokkaido, cheap jerseys, I finally understood them. Japanese people are just educated like that. They don’t want to bother others. Keep everything in order is everyone's responsiblity.
I feel so comfortable being in this country and I look forward to the next adventure in Japan

Build a National Consciousness
Most of us know the four famous books in our country. The Romance of Three Kingdoms is a novel woven around the warring states of Wei, Shu, Wu in Chinese history. It is a story about that three countries utilize political guile, strategy and resourcefulness to preserve their states, how one succeeded and how the other two failed. At that time, wholesale jerseys, a weak kingdom is more likely in danger because it would be attacked by some others and there was no protection organisation which they could turn to.
In modern society, there are world institution and morality which every country should comply with. Besides, there are also several organisations that can dispose of the task as well as give support to those who need help, such as the United Nations Organisation. Therefore, it is fortunate for some countries to join in the world security organisation, so that they will be able to preserve their independence.
However, accepting support and protection from organisations is just one limited way for small countries to protect themselves. The most important element of a nation is the national consciousness which means all the people in this country feel proud of their own nation and be responsible to work together to protect its sovereignty. On condition that the people in a country have no national consciousness, cheap fake oakleys, the spirit of this country would die.

The days when I lost job
This is the fourth month that I lost my job. My days always go bad. I can feel the stress both from my parents and myself. My parents want me to find a job, but I always sit down in front of computer to listenning music or chatting. I don't know why I don't take action to finding a job, cheap nfl jerseys, maybe I am too lazy, or maybe I am too timid. I tried to find jobs through net, but looking at the complex websites, I give up, I just mean that it is messy, I feel bad when seeing so many pieces of information, and I don't know if it can be trusted.
So four months past, I cann't find a job, and my parents won't be happy.
Everyday when I go to bed to sleep, I ask myself, what did you do today? I feel shamed, nothing do I have, and it is just a waste of time. I told myself I must change, to choose better so that to have bettter. Everytime I made the plan, cheap hats, but I always can't take the action, or maybe I refuse it after then. I am a coward, maybe it is time for me to be strong now, and take proof for them to see, I can.

the rapidly changing world
When I was looking through weibo the other day, I noticed a piece of weibo. It said that an adult man found in a popular science magazine which wrote the solar system had eight planets and the highest mountain Mount Everest was 8844 meters high. He at first considered it ridiculously wrong but then was astonished to find out the magazine was right.
It sets me thinking. As we grow up, we learn many things which are called common sense. We accept them as perfectly justified and self-evident. wholesale jerseys, What's more, we base our knowledge structure, ideological contents and behavior style on those common senses. However both the world we live and our understanding to it are changing at railway speed. What we believed to be unalterable principles can be subverted at any time. cheap mlb hats, We, young people, are also experiencing this. The new generations have their more brand new common sense as well. They grasp quite a lot of common senses which are new knowledge to us. Somehow it's possible to understand where generation gap comes from.
Anyway, what I want to stress is that modern society is changing with each day passing by. cheap oakley sunglasses, The information we accept in one single day nowadays is probably 1000 times and even more of that of ancient days. To keep up with the society, we must pay more attention to fresh news and learn new technology.

Knowledge Never Equals Wisdom
'Knowledge' and 'wisdom' are two different words. Some people think that they are the same and being wise equals being smart. But it's not right.
In my opinion, wisdom has nothing to do with knowledge. cheap jerseys, If you have a wealth of knowledge, it means that you can solve a lot of problems using your knowledge but you may still stuck by some simple problems if you are not wise. But if you are wise, you are able to live a peaceful and fulfilling life without much knowledge. For example, cheap snapback hats, my grandpa graduated from high school and he doesn't own a wealth of knowledge but he often tells me how to achieve a successful and fulfilling life and he always tells me to be modest and thrifty. However, there are a lot of university professors who commit severe crimes. And it's true that being smart doesn't mean being a good man and one with a poor knowledge can also be wise.
But it's vital for us to obtain knowledge now. Wisdom is usually developed and concluded from knowledge. At the same time, fake oakley sunglasses, we should learn how to make what we are doing meaningful and beneficial. It's never acceptable to use our knowledge to do bad things. And we should always remember that knowledge never equals wisdom.

Bye 2016, I am not gonna miss you.
When I was in the Uni, one day, I visited a classmate; he told me how an outstanding student he was in China. Then he showed me photos of his school time, he said: “You see, I was the smartest student in the class, I was the only one who entered the best Uni in China.”
I did admire him for his excellence.
However, every time I saw him, he complained about how bad luck he’s got in Australia, it seemed like his talent hasn't been discovered so that he has never tried to find a proper job in Australia.
A couple of years ago, he started smoking and gambling with very limited money he’s got from Centrelink.
To be honest, he’s a nice person, kind, knowledgeable and helpful, but he’s completely lost himself by hanging around with negative people.
He’s still living in his wonderland the time in China; nothing can get his life back in Australia.
I’ve also heard some Chinese immigrants talking about how high social status they’ve got in China, how prestige jobs they were doing previously, living in Australia seems a bad decision. With poor English skill, they can’t live in the mainstream lifestyle.
They feel lost, they are unwilling to accept new culture by communicating or making friends with locals, they don’t join activities, they complain about how boring life in Australia, they would like talk about how wonderful their old days.
Please stop keep telling about old stories, it might be inspiring, you can learn from your previous experience for how a disciplined person once you were, but please don’t live on it, it was past tense, and it’s gone forever.
You have to stand up again, doing something new, learning a new language, meeting new people. What a good chance, there are nice people from all over the world in Melbourne.
The same as myself, when I moved out of Chisholm College, I missed nice friends so much, I tried to find a place exactly the same with lots lovely people around, but in vain.
I missed the old lifestyle so much—part time job, part time study, I even didn’t wanna find a full-time position. I was really sad about the best moment was gone. I was completely lost; I didn’t know what's the purpose I was in Australia.
I didn’t join any activity, I didn’t meet new people, and I stuck in the past. I was lazy, I didn’t do exercise, I didn’t care much about dresses, I ate lots of chips and ice cream being a couch potato, then I gained weight suddenly.
I was lacking energy, I was no longer an active person, it made me feel like a retired woman, and I felt really old.
It is until I pursue my hobbies by making new friends, and especially doing writing, which gives me a sense of reborn.
Please don’t live in the past, it’s harmful, which will kill you, you have to start your new life from today.
Therefore, no matter how brilliant you have been, a successful past doesn’t represent a bright future.
You have to stop thinking about those old days, you will never be happy, never be satisfied if you compare to your comfortable life you have ever had.
You have to conquer difficulties and accept new challenges living in a brand new world. Then your life will start….
How about you, friends, are you ready for completing your past 2016?
